Terms of Service

By using ChimpanSEO ("the Service") you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Nicolas Benedetti, reachable at hello@chimpanseo.app.

ChimpanSEO is a SaaS platform that enables the generation of optimized SEO/AEO articles through artificial intelligence and their direct publication on users' WordPress sites. The Service includes: article generation, topic suggestions, structured data management (Schema.org), scheduled publishing, and weekly digest.

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out with your account. You must immediately report any unauthorized access to hello@chimpanseo.app.

Creating fake accounts, sharing access, or attempting to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.

• Free Plan: daily article limit defined at registration, basic features.
• Paid plans: prices are listed on the pricing page. Payment is handled by Stripe Inc. with automatic monthly or annual renewal.
• Refunds: you may request a refund within 7 days of the first payment for each plan, by writing to hello@chimpanseo.app. After this period, no prorated refunds are provided.
• Cancellation: you can cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, pornographic content or content that violates third-party rights
• Spam, black-hat SEO techniques prohibited by search engines
• Attempt to access other users' systems or data
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
• Subject the Service to stress tests, mass scraping, or DoS attacks

The Service reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without refund and without notice.

Content generated through ChimpanSEO belongs to the user who requested it. ChimpanSEO does not claim ownership rights over generated articles.

The source code, design, logo, and ChimpanSEO trademarks are the property of Nicolas Benedetti and may not be copied or reused without written authorization.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, error-free, or suitable for specific purposes. The user is responsible for reviewing and verifying content before publication.

In no event shall ChimpanSEO be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit, or reputational damage arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee specific uptime. We reserve the right to suspend the Service for maintenance with reasonable notice where possible. In the event of prolonged unplanned outages, we will consider plan extensions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after this period constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court will be that of the controller's domicile, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
